For those looking to sample a wide selection of Nordic spirits, this mixed pack showcases some of the best that Bivrost has to offer, with a 500ml bottle each of its Cask Aquavit, Arctic Gin, Helheim Arctic Single Malt Whisky, Aquavit, Vodka, and two 250ml cans of Azizi Spiced Ginger Beer. Helheim Arctic Single Malt whisky is showcased here, matured in re-charred bourbon and Islay casks, resulting in a gently smoky whisky. A drop or two of water wouldn’t go amiss, or you could even try it splashed into some ginger beer.

Distillery Information

The Bivrost distillery creates Norwegian single malt whisky, gin, aquavit, vodka, and more. The name is derived from a combination of two ancient Norse words: ‘Biv’, which means ‘shaking’, and ‘rost’, which means ‘road’ or ‘path’. It is considered to be the Viking word for describing the Northern Lights.
