Detailed Description
Bimber vodka is distilled with Polish winter wheat (which is a bit unusual; the traditional Polish ingredient is usually rye). The name comes from Polish vodka history where vodka was specified according to royal decree and regulations… while those outlaw spirits made outside the regulations were known as bimber. This bimber vodka is made in accordance to these traditional recipes that were said to be of higher quality than that made for the king; hence the marketing phrase, “Ancient Technology” and “Made according to unique tradition.” Fittingly, the Bing translation of “bimber” from Polish is “moonshine.” The label appears to be owned by the Myssura Trading Company of New York; we’re not sure at this time who actually produces the vodka.
