Big Mama Rums come directly from Guyana, more precisely from the Demerara region. The finishes receive the rums in Europe. This Big Mama Rum matures for 15 years in bourbon casks and then receives its finish in Pedro Ximenez barrels.
Nose: Fruity, sweet, notes of candied fruit, flowers, tea, spices.
Palate: Rich, soft, fruity, cinnamon, coriander.
