Besserat de Bellefon Bleu : A gorgeous Champagne from Besserat de Bellefon, Bleu Brut is made with equal parts Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, supported by a smidge of Chardonnay. A vibrant, delicate bottling, especially good with seafood.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
