Mosto Verde Quebranta : Part of the Peruvian Barsol Pisco range comes the Supremo Mosto Verde Quebranta, a delightfully-named pisco made using partially fermented quebranta grapes from the Valley of Ica. Creamy and sweet with notes of vanilla and chocolate, joined by bright fruit and a hint of spice on the palate.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
