Bapt & Clem’s 7 Year Old Licera Cihuatan Finished in Sauternes Cask El Salvador Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: The aromas of cane, vanilla cream accompany the richness of this magnificent rum.
Palate: A honey color, with amber reflections. A lot of sweetness and roundness in this nose of citrus jams, honey, milk caramel and cooked apples. The barrel finish of Sauternes brings this softness and complexity. We find this roundness and richness in the mouth. The rum fills the mouth, we find this sweetness brought by the Sauternes cask.
Finish: Very long in the mouth.
