Balam Costa Raicilla :
An unaged raicilla from Balam is produced in El Tuito, Jalisco, Costa is distilled exclusively from chico aguiar agave found on the coast in Mexico, hence the name. Balam means ‘jaguar’ in Mayan, which explains the rather toothy fella on the label. As it’s made from the same raw material, use this funky spirit as you would an unaged Tequila or mezcal!
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Lingering finish.
