Bacanora is a very fine mezcal from the north of the country, it is produced in Sonora and has a long tradition of generations of local mezcal masters. The maguey with which it is produced is endemic to the Sonoran sierra, the angustifolia haw.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
