A great non vintage brut, Ayala Majeur is a lovely aperitif, or a brilliant accompaniment to light fish and cheese dishes. This is made with 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
