An oak-aged Cachaça from Brazil’s Avuá, matured in French oak casks that previously held white wine for up to 2 years. The brightness of the spirit works well with the oak, resulting in a tipple that makes for a great rum alternative in cocktails and mixed drinks.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
