This expression from Avu√° Cacha√ßa has been aged a barrel made from Tapinho√£, a rare type of wood that you could find in South America (y’know if you were lucky – it’s rare, like we said). The Cacha√ßa aged for up to two years before being bottled, resulting in a creamy texture and a wealth of honeyed notes.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
