Avuá Cachaça Bálsamo :
Another interestingly-aged Cacha√ßa from Avu√°, this time allowed to rest for up to 2 years in casks made from B√°lsamo. It’s a type of hardwood native to south and central America with a fine grain. You could probably make some sort of furniture out of it, but we reckon casks for Cacha√ßa are a fantastic use for this wood.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
