Aval Dor Vodka : Aval-Dor is a Cornish vodka made with Cornish potatoes! Created by the Dustow family, who moved to Colwith all the way back in 1904, Aval-Dor is made with their very own King Edward potatoes. It’s distilled using a 200 litre copper pot still and combined with mineral water taken from an aquifer beneath the farm.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
