Aval Dor Seaberry Vodka : The folks over at Colwith Farm Distillery have used berries from Cornwall‚Äôs first ever sea buckthorn plantation in this vodka! They had to wait four years for the trees to bear fruit, so it’s been a patient waiting game for the distillery. The berries were then infused into its own potato vodka, before it was filtered and bottled, imparting honeyed, tropical flavours.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
