Blossoming with flavour, the potato vodka base provides an exquisite backdrop to a delicate and floral bouquet of sweet rose and luscious hibiscus. The folks at Colwith Farm Distillery recommend serving this neat over ice, or paired with Champagne. With its ruby red hue, inspired by Saint Valentine, this would certainly make for a romantic serve! We also think this would work pleasingly with a floral tonic, or a good cloudy lemonade – garnished with some fresh petals.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Wonderfully creamy, rose blossom, lush, green aloe-vera sweetness, with floral fragrance on the end.
Finish: Quite long and warm.
