Auchroisk #816420+816423 : 12 year old single malt from the Auchroisk Distillery up in the Highlands, independently bottled by the always fantastic Signatory. This one was distilled in October 2008 and left to age in a pair of hogshead for a dozen years, before finally being bottled in November 2020.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
