A flavoursome aperitif from the coastal shores of Cornwall. The team only use organic ingredients to make their spirits, with most of their ingredients locally foraged or grown on site. This vermouth is the product of a masterful infusion of herbs, fruits and delicate spices. Great in a cocktail, spritzer or as a savoury dessert wine.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
