Schofield’s Dry Vermouth : From Asterly Bros. comes Schofield’s Dry Vermouth, a blend of English Bacchus, Chardonnay, and Seyval Blanc, which has been infused with 28 botanicals including jasmine, rosemary, gentian, milk thistle, and citrus. The brothers Asterley themselves suggest whipping up a White Negroni with this, which sounds pretty good to us!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
