The folks behind the Sheffield Distillery are clearly fans, and they’ve gone and made Assay Strawberry Jam & Black Pepper Vodka! Using actual strawberry jam, as well as fresh strawberries and black peppercorns, it’s vibrant and sweet, with a crackle of spiciness sticking around.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Jammy summer berries, jam on toast, a slow build of peppery heat.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
