Asakura Barrel Aged Shochu Sherry Cask Finish is a premium Japanese shochu produced in the Miyazaki prefecture. It is a blended shochu made from rice and barley, aged for two years in sherry casks that impart a unique and complex flavor. Its aroma is full of sweet notes of sherry, dried fruit, and nutty oak, while its flavor is smooth and mellow with a slight smoky finish.
