Description
Detailed Description
Made from wheat and barley, the wheat component is apparent in the early-stage bouquet; further aeration allows a dry stony/mineral-like aroma to mingle with the biscuity underpinning scent. Palate entry is surprisingly semisweet and delicious; at midpalate the taste profile shows flashes of spirity heat that pull the rug out from under the terrific palate entry. Finishes oily and raw.
