Ardbeg 1974 – Samaroli : Someone sound the rare, old, indie Ardbeg alarm, because we’ve got a 1974 vintage Ardbeg bottled by Samaroli right here! This one was matured in sherry casks and bottled at a robust 59% ABV with an outturn of 2,400 bottles by the Italian independent bottler. Incredibly collectible Islay whisky right here. This bottle was part of a private collection – if you’d like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
