Detailed Description
This diverse red vermouth comes to us from the Black Forest in Germany! Apros creates its red vermouth with pinot noir from the Kaiserstuhl, along with cardamom, cinnamon, lavender, and bergamot among the botanicals. It’s bittersweet, jammy, and a touch floral, making it a prime bottle to have in stock for whenever the need for a classic cocktail hits.
Apros Red Vermouth Tasting Notes
Nose: Refined with refreshing citrus aromas of bergamot and cardamom, the sweet and savoury flavour of cinnamon and well balanced lavender notes.
Palate: The taste reminds of the unique flavours of Pinot Noir, with fruity-floral touches and pleasant bitter tones.
Finish: Bitter herbs and oak throughout the finish.
