Mezcal Aprendiz is produced according to traditional methods in the Destileria Santa Sabia factory in the town of San Juan del Rio in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. Distilled in copper stills and made on the basis of 100% Espadin agave. Limited edition to 1380 bottles.
Nose: Refreshing aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
