Aperitivo Select : Aperitivo Select used in a Venetian Spritz – carefully mix 3 parts Prosecco with 2 parts Select and 1 part soda over ice. Garnish with an orange wheel. “Born in Venice in 1920”, it’s bottled at 14% abv (that’s 3% higher than Aperol).
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
