Animas Espad√≠n-Cupreata : This Animas mezcal is made with a blend of two agave varieties – Espad√≠n and Cupreata. The Espad√≠n agave plants are harvested at 7 years old, while the Cupreata agave is harvested at 9 years old. It’s made using traditional methods and double distilled before being bottled at 48% ABV.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
