Islay 7yo 2007 #SE035 : Mysterious single malt from Islay, independently bottled by Sweden’s Svenska Eldvatten. This was distilled by an undisclosed distillery on the Kildalton Coast of Islay in August 2007, matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and bottled 7 years later on September 2014, with an outturn of 258 cask-strength bottles.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
