This bottling celebrates the 120th anniversary of Amaro dell’Etna. They started with the standard Amaro dell’Etna and then aged it for 12 months in chestnut wood. Layered and nuanced, this amaro displays citrus peels, and ripe berries while maintaining a rich herbaceous character with the added depth from chestnut aging.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
