Alebrijes Tequilas have a modern look, but are made at the historical Hacienda del Carmen. The blanco has a mixture of fruity, herbaceous and spicy notes.
Nose: At the nose develops aromas of cooked agave, delicate hints of vanilla, fruit sparkles as cherry and pear caramel, spices like anise and cinnamon and herbal tones reminiscent of fresh grass.
Palate: The attack on the palate is silky, sweet, leaving a trail of fruit and specious vapours of great permanence in mouth.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
