Aldez Mezcal Ensamble is a unique blend of two distinct mezcales, one made with espadín agaves and the other with tobala agaves. Both of these mezcales are made in the traditional Oaxacan style, and they produce a complex and smoky flavor. The espadín agaves provide a smooth, earthy flavor while the tobala agaves add a touch of sweetness and spice.
