Akashi-Tai Tokubetsu : The Tokubetsu Junmai is made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo prefecture which is polished until only 60% of the grain is left. A traditional brew, it has a full bodied flavour profile and a clean aroma.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
