Akashi-Tai Daiginjo 72cl : Akashi Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu is a medium bodied sake made from Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture, with a milling rate of 38%. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
