“The Legend of Agua del Sol” is a new mezcal distilled from traditional “agave nectar” and water, with just a touch of sea salt. The legend of Agua del Sol starts with the nectar of the “agave” plant, the heart of the plant which is tapped and fermented. This nectar is then distilled in copper pots and the result is this fresh, pure agave spirit.
Nose: A delicate aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
