Agua del Sol Coyote Agave Spirit is a smooth and complex spirit made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens before being fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in a copper pot still. The spirit is then aged for a minimum of 2 years in American oak barrels before being bottled.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
