Agua del Sol Arroqueno Agave Spirit is a 100% agave spirit from the region of Jalisco in Mexico. The spirit is made from the piña (heart) of the blue agave plant, which is roasted in an earthen pit for 12-18 hours before being crushed and fermented. The resulting liquid is then distilled twice to produce a smooth, clear spirit. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in cocktails.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
