A splendid treat from the folks at The Shropshire Distillery, this liqueur is produced with cold-brewed coffee from Aroma Tea and Coffee specialists in Shrewsbury. A delicious sipper neat, and ideal for shaking up in all the classic coffee-based cocktails.

Driven by a love of gin and a desire to create a business that fitted in with family life, we made the move from Lancashire to Ellesmere in 2012 and quickly settled into Shropshire life. A few years later in 2018, The Shropshire Distillery began its story. Along with our daughter, Lily, and mascot Calla the Hungarian Vizsla, we set the ‘Gin Shed’ up as our first distillery, located at our family home. first gin, Shire Gin was launched on 1st July 2018, followed by our Shire Spiced Gin in December 2018 with our third edition Shire Cherry Gin being released in February 2019.
