Aelder : A fabulously fruity, marvellously moreish whisky-based liqueur created by Rupert Waites, head chef and chief forager at Edinburgh dining company, The Buck and Birch. Aelder is made from an array of Scottish botanicals mixed with foraged elderberries and blended with the whisky for an unctuous, warming drop that’s both wonderfully sippable on its own and fabulously versatile as a cocktail ingredient.
