Spirit of Broadside : This is an ‘eau-de-vie-de-biere’ from Adnams. If you know Adnams, you will have guessed it’s distilled from their rather excellent Broadside bitter. It’s matured in oaks for twelve months to produce a fresh, clean spirit that perfectly captures the Broadside flavour.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
