Produced using grain exclusively from the R√•bel√∂f estate in Sweden, Absolut’s Elyx is a premium expression from the esteemed vodka specialists. They distil this single estate vodka using a hand operated copper still which dates back to 1921. This particular bottling of Absolut Elyx has been bottled at the slightly higher strength of 42.3% ABV.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
