Abreojos Silver is the blanco (“white”) expression, which means it is not aged but bottled directly from the still, Abreojos tequila is rested up to 45 days in strainless steel tanks allowing the silver to become mellow, smooth, and easy to drink.

The Abreojos brand is based upon the “little fishing village” of Punta Abreojos in Baja California and translates as “open eyes” (nicely displayed on the label with a long-lashed eyeball). It is distilled by Destiladora del Valle in Jalisco, Mexico known for making several different boutique brands of tequila. The agave is estate-grown, free of all pesticides and fertilizers, and allowed to mature to between 10 and 12 years for optimal flavor.
Nose: Aromas of sweet agave nectar and citrus.
Palate: Slight hints of black licorice, tasting of spicy white pepper and citrus.
Finish: Finishing with an unparalleled smoothness.
