ABK6’s domain, Chez Maillard, sits in the heart of its 90 hectares of vineyards on an exceptional chalky hilltop location. The father and daughter run house proudly make exclusively single estate cognac which is grown, distilled, aged, blended and bottled at Chez Maillard.
Nose: Clean and fruity with pronounced grape-like qualities and pineapple macerated in clove syrup.
Palate: Dense and creamy with background notes of seaside rock pools and beach bonfires. Toffee and salted caramel sit on top of layers of mango and blood orange.
Finish: Light spice with honeyed sweetness and balsawood. Delightfully youthful and fresh.
