This time it has an age statement (it’s 21 years old), but it still features the smiling face of Ian Buxton, striking gold in Aberfeldy’s water source, the Pitlie Burn. Batch 2 is a release of 261 bottles. ‚ÄòThat Boutique-y Whisky Company‚Äô bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
