9 di Dante Inferno Vermouth takes inspiration from the Nine Circles of Hell as mentioned in the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri. It features 27 botanicals, including nine that the producers have linked to each circle: wormwood is Limbo; cardamom is lust; bitter orange peel is gluttony; cumin is greed; basil is anger; nettle is heresy; tansy is violence; fennel is fraud; caraway in treachery.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: As rosso vermouths go, this is on the spicy side with warming cardamom, cinnamon, and clove, and generous with its concentrated complex herbal flavour and rich red berry wine notes.
Finish: Spicy rich red berry-like with balancing lingering wormwood bitterness.
