A Navy-Strength variation of the marvellous 58 Gin. Produced in Haggerston using a combination of 9 botnaicals – juniper, coriander, lemon, pink grapefruit, vanilla, orris, cubeb pepper, bergamot and angelica. Frankly, we’d be disappointed if this didn’t get referred to colloquially as “58 @ 57%”.
Nose: Spicy Juniper, zingy citrus and woodier pine notes.
Palate: Bright, creamy pepper spice and big hits of Pink Grapefruit, Lemon and Bergamot.
Finish: Citrus led and smooth.
