Nose: Great elegance and charm on the nose.
Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.
Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
The independent bottler Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington and his brother. At that time, Symington was still the manager of a luxury hotel in Edinburgh with a penchant for good Scotch whisky. Initially, Symington wanted to have a famous personality sign the bottle label of each bottling.
