This 1996 Famille Moutard Brut Champagne is a classic, crisp and refreshing bubbly. It has a dry and tangy flavor that pairs well with a variety of foods. The grapes are grown in the Côte des Blancs region, and this Champagne is made with the Méthode Champenoise.
Nose: Firm and smoky, with a hint of oyster shell.
Palate: Flavors of roasted walnut, dried currant, fleur de sel, ground ginger and crystallized honey. Racy on the palate.
Finish: Racy on the palate, delivering a zesty finish.
