A Rare Auld bottling of Bunnahabhain from Duncan Taylor. Distilled March 1967 and bottled March 2003, this 36 year old whisky was bottled from cask #3324.
Nose: The nose has notes of toffee apple and candied fruit.
Palate: On the palate it is sweet, fruity and toasty.
Finish: This is a very light and refreshing malt.
The Bunnahabhain Distillery was founded in 1881 near Port Askaig on Islay. The village of Bunnahabhain was founded to house its workers. The distillery is owned by Distell.
