Detailed Description

From futuristic distiller Comte de Grasse, comes 06 Vodka Rosé. The number six in the name is a reference to 6pm, the golden hour in Provence, where the organic rosé used here is sourced from. The folks at Comte de Grasse draw on perfume processes and techniques to extract colour and flavour notes from the rosé, using their low temperature and pressure ‘Active Wine Extraction’ method. These notes are then blended with their premium French winter wheat vodka, for a delicate and complex spirit. Try letting the flavours in this rosé vodka shine in a classic Martini, or simply lengthen with soda.

Nose: The fresh strawberry and peach notes you find in rosé have been concentrated here, with subtle notes of peach blossom coming through.

Palate: Well-rounded, with a pleasant warmth building.

Finish: Balanced and long finish.

Distillery Information

Located on the Côte d’Azur in Grasse, a town famous as being the world capital of fragrance. Fittingly, the distillery sits in what was an abandoned perfumery formerly the home of Roure, creators of raw materials for perfumers since 1820. The distillery is also known as The Lab Distillery due to its combines modern distilling methods with traditional perfuming extraction techniques such as ultrasonic maceration, CO2 supercritical extraction and cold low- pressure vacuum distillation.
