The Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit folks have expanded their sights and created a range of non-alcoholic aperitifs under the √Ücorn name! Made with a combination of English Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, the Dry expression also features clary sage, chamomile, black tea and quassia. You’ll want to serve this in a spritz, garnished with a good slice of lemon.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
