Description
Detailed Description
From Belgium comes this uniquely crafted beer, made through spontaneous fermentation. Fresh destoned purple plums undergo a meticulous 4-month fermentation in a blend of lambics aged for 1, 2, and 3 years. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this brew undergoes an additional re-fermentation in the bottle for at least 3 months. Expect a gentle tartness, combined with fruity and rounded flavours, making it an approachable choice even for those new to the world of beer connoisseurship.
